An excellent book particularly for retired men, but, I suspect, for ALL "old guys and gals" transitioning from work to "retired" life. In 88 short but incisive pages Tom Carnicelli examines being old, being retired, routines, family, husband and wife, and other pertinent topics with insight, grace, dignity, and, yes, even humor. "Old Guy Part One" is a wonderful gift to give to a retiring friend... and an even better gift to receive!Old Guy, Part One
If your an Old Guy read it,If your married to an old guy read it. If you know an old guy give it to him. if you plan on being an old guy read it . if you live near an Old Guy read it then get him a copy. if your an old guy and don,t want to admit it read it and of course if you have or have not any any hair be sure and read it. But most of all if you either like or dislike poetry. READ it. Great Joy Insight humor innocence even a hint of the spiritual and this was a further reason to know we're not alone in our thoughts .
